Mr. Martinez has assisted in all aspects of appellate practice, including processing petitions for certification, drafting pre-argument memoranda, and researching, editing, and evaluating legal analyses in drafts of written opinions on a variety of civil and criminal matters. Additionally, his work has involved preparing appellate briefs on employment law issues regarding the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, New Jersey Tort Claims Act, Title VII, and 42 U.S.C. § 1981. Mr. Martinez also has a significant background in issues related to healthcare compliance, food and drug law, and medical device regulation.
