Wendy represents clients with many different aspects relating to business transactional matters. She regularly counsels clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, having the knowledge and experience to guide both buy-side and sell-side clients in pre-closing negotiations through to post-closing matters. Wendy has served clients embedded in a diverse array of industries, such as the medical device/life sciences/pharmaceuticals industry; testing, inspection and certification industry; and construction industry.
Wendy previously managed her own practice as a solo practitioner, providing her clients with advice and comfort as they navigated through various legal matters such as wills and estates, residential real estate transactions, and entrepreneurial ventures. Prior to managing her own practice, Wendy was in-house counsel for a medical device/life science company where she adopted the role of a corporate generalist, providing advice and performing tasks related to contract drafting and negotiation, legal research, corporate governance, and several other areas of transactional support.
Wendy’s experience in the different legal sectors of her career affords her the ability to connect with clients, understand their goals, and achieve successful outcomes.
