Mr. Malone chairs the firm’s Financial Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights Group. He practices in all areas of bankruptcy and insolvency law, with a focus on sophisticated corporate reorganizations, out-of-court restructurings, and bankruptcy-related litigation. His particular experience in the area of corporate reorganizations includes representation of official committees of unsecured creditors and bondholders, debtors-in-possession, Chapter 11 and 7 trustees, secured creditors and lenders, indenture trustees, asset purchasers, lessors, and other significant creditors.
