Ravi works in the firm’s business and commercial litigation and privacy and data security practices. At the firm, he plays a key role advising clients on strategies for managing data breach notifications, including coordinating notifications to state regulators and consumer reporting agencies. He has also served as a panelist for the firm’s CLE program, where he has discussed best practices and key objectives for responding to data breaches. In addition, Ravi assists the firm’s General Counsel with the implementation of ethical screens in compliance with State Rules of Professional Conduct.
Before joining the firm, Ravi gained valuable experience as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Rukhsanah Singh, United States Magistrate Judge for the District of New Jersey.
