Mr. Singh recently served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Rukhsanah L. Singh, United States Magistrate Judge for the District of New Jersey, who worked with all of the District Judges in the vicinage of Trenton. During his clerkship, he researched and drafted legal opinions, reports and recommendations, and other legal documents. He also researched and analyzed pending court motions and was responsible for case management, docket administration, and internal chambers protocols, all of which enabled him to gain valuable insight into the courts and judicial bench in the District of New Jersey.
While in law school, he interned for the Office of the Attorney General’s Division of Criminal Justice, in both the Appellate Bureau and Cyber Crime and Finance Bureau.
