Mr. Bruscino is a corporate transactional attorney. He is experienced with corporate, employment, regulatory, and related compliance matters; Exchange Act reporting matters related to SEC regulations concerning climate change, cybersecurity, human capital, and supply chain disruptions; and private placement memoranda for capital offerings and FINRA arbitrations.
Mr. Bruscino was formerly a law clerk for PSEG. He also worked as a summer associate at Kudman Trachten Aloe Posner LLP in New York City.
Prior to his legal career, Mr. Bruscino worked as a sales trader at TP ICAP in New York City, where he specialized in equity derivatives.
