Michael R. Noveck

Executive Director, Gibbons Fellowship

Mr. Noveck is Executive Director of the firm’s John J. Gibbons Fellowship in Public Interest & Constitutional Law. He litigates cutting-edge issues implicating constitutional and individual rights and freedoms, including in civil rights, criminal justice, and education, among other areas of law. Mr. Noveck also represents clients in a variety of criminal and civil litigation and enforcement matters. He brings significant litigation experience to the White Collar & Investigations Group in an array of areas that includes criminal justice, Megan’s Law registration, police accountability, and education.

Mr. Noveck has briefed and argued matters in the New Jersey Supreme Court, Appellate Division, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and other courts. He has been involved in all phases of litigation, from discovery to trial and appeals, and has also participated in internal investigations and presentations to governmental agencies.
