Marwan M. Rashed

Associate, Commercial & Criminal Litigation

Mr. Rashed is experienced in handling depositions, counseling and representing clients at pretrial appearances, and arguing discovery motions, summary judgment motions, and motions to dismiss. He is also skilled in drafting a range of legal documents, including memoranda and legal briefs.

Mr. Rashed is a former Deputy Attorney General for the state of New Jersey and, as such, defended the state, its agencies, and employees. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rashed completed two judicial clerkships for the Honorables Carol Sandra Moore Wells, U.S.M.J., and Petrese B. Tucker, U.S.DJ. There, he wrote memoranda, Reports and Recommendations, and draft judicial opinions.
