Mr. Kuehn has advised and guided numerous businesses, business owners, and investors on many corporate matters, concentrating on client team management in corporate representations, including business transactions and the gamut of business legal issues. He draws on a wealth of hands-on business ownership, management, and financial advisory experience to complement his legal practice and trusted advice. Mr. Kuehn has run three companies (two with equity) and has also served as an investment banker, in addition to his over 15 years in private legal practice. He has also provided in-house counsel functions for several companies.
