Mr. Di Stasio has a foundation in commercial litigation and chancery practice, which includes experience in commercial and corporate law, securities law and compliance, corporate governance, civil litigation and procedures, and transactional law. He has drafted legal opinions concerning chancery, foreclosure, and probate matters and participated in settlement conferences regarding estate, property, and chancery disputes. He has also composed briefs, discovery requests, and other documents for various civil matters and analyzed, reviewed, and organized discovery materials for complex litigation cases.
