Kyle concentrates his practice on bankruptcy and insolvency law, including complex corporate reorganizations and bankruptcy-related litigation.
Kyle most recently served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Stacey L. Meisel, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the District of New Jersey, preparing judicial opinions, orders, and memoranda concerning chapter 7 and chapter 11 matters. During law school, Kyle interned for the Honorable John K. Sherwood, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the District of New Jersey, conducting research on an array of bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy issues. Kyle also interned for both the Complex Financial Instruments Unit of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Enforcement Department of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). While at the SEC and FINRA, Kyle researched federal securities laws and regulations, wrote memoranda, and reviewed prospectuses for adequate disclosure.
