Kevin handles a wide range of complex business and commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts throughout the region. He has extensive experience counseling commercial clients through real estate disputes that involve breaches of sale agreements, breaches of leases, and actions in lieu of prerogative writs. Additionally, Kevin has comprehensive experience guiding clients through complex commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, business torts, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty.
Kevin also provides counseling, training, and litigation-related assistance to clients on a full range of information management and e-discovery matters and routinely advises clients regarding discovery obligations related to existing or potential litigation. Kevin has written and spoken on a number of e-discovery practice management issues, including managing the e-discovery workflow, developing and conducting a defensible collection strategy, litigation hold procedures, and quality control processes.
Kevin maintains an active pro bono practice through his work with the Volunteer Lawyers for Justice and was named as the “Pro Bono Lawyer of the Year” at the 2025 New Jersey Legal Awards.
