Associate, Business & Commercial Litigation

Ms. Browning handles a wide range of complex business and commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts throughout New Jersey and New York. Her practice focuses on various stages of litigation, including factual investigation and legal research, discovery and strategy, and preparation of dispositive motions in connection with business and corporate disputes, class action defense, and data security counseling.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Browning was in-house counsel at a large telecommunications company working on federal and state regulatory matters before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and state public utility commissions. During this time, she counseled the business on its compliance obligations and responded to compliance investigations from federal agencies. She also advised on issues related to the Telecommunications Act of 1996, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Stored Communications Act (SCA), and the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA).

Ms. Browning previously completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Lydia Kay Griggsby, formerly of the United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington, DC, where she drafted and edited judicial opinions related to government contract disputes.
