Mr. Asch represents clients in environmental litigation in both state and federal matters. He has worked on matters at the trial level and on appeal involving the pursuit and defense of Potentially Responsible Parties (PRPs) under CERCLA, the Spill Act, and other statutory and common law claims.

Mr. Asch also assists clients across various industries with regulatory compliance, permitting and enforcement issues, as well as environmental due diligence in complex corporate and real estate transactions. He has experience counseling individual, corporate, and nonprofits clients in land use applications and objections, and in administrative processes.

Additionally, Mr. Asch represents clients pro bono on matters such as expungement petitions, violations of probation, and violations of parole.
