Mr. Franchino has wide-ranging experience representing and advising clients in a variety of matters involving all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, development, redevelopment, and land use. His transactional experience includes conducting title and due-diligence reviews; drafting and negotiating contracts for the purchase and sale of real estate, easements, and commercial leases, including retail, office, and industrial leases; as well as representing borrowers in financing matters involving commercial real estate.

Mr. Franchino’s broad-based practice in land use and redevelopment matters ranges from performing initial zoning reviews and preparing and presenting applications for land use approvals with local boards, to reviewing, drafting, and advising clients on a range of redevelopment documents, including redevelopment agreements, redevelopment plans, and financial agreements. Prior to joining Gibbons, Mr. Franchino clerked for the Honorable Thomas Moore, P.J.Cv., then in the Chancery Division.
