As the Chief Human Resources Officer & Deputy Executive Director, Ms. Conklin oversees the firm’s human resources and employee engagement strategy.
With an emphasis on cultivating an industry-leading organizational culture, Ms. Conklin is responsible for building comprehensive personnel benefit packages, developing performance metrics, and designing programs dedicated to enhancing employees’ well-being.
Ms. Conklin is dedicated to improving operational efficiency by championing the implementation of electronic and data-driven processes. By leveraging cutting-edge technology, she seeks to streamline HR operations, optimize workflows, and enhance decision-making capabilities within the organization.
Additionally, she ensures the firm’s compliance with federal, state, and local law across our eight offices.
Before returning to Gibbons, Ms. Conklin worked in Washington, D.C., as the Director of Operations for the Office of White House Counsel and as the Special Advisor to the Acting Administrator at the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
