Ms. Hodaj has broad experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition and disposition of property, leasing, and financing. She performs due diligence, assists with commercial closing transactions, and reviews contracts, loan documents, title commitments, disclosures, and surveys. In addition, Ms. Hodaj assists with land use applications and review of municipal ordinances.
Ms. Hodaj served as an intern for the U.S Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), where she focused on violations involving digital assets, initial coin offerings and cryptocurrencies, and trading on the basis of hacked non-public information.
She initially obtained her degree in Civil Law from the University of Tirana (Albania) and served as a commercial real estate paralegal while completing her J.D. at Rutgers Law School.
