Ms. Cicognani is a former law clerk to the Honorable David H. Hennessey, U.S.M.J., District of Massachusetts, and the Honorable Jack M. Sabatino, Presiding Judge, New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. During her term with Judge Hennessy, she researched and drafted orders, Reports and Recommendations, and dispositive opinions primarily on matters of civil law ranging from toxic torts, tax code-based disputes, professional malpractice, and civil rights. While clerking for Judge Sabatino, Ms. Cicognani prepared appellate bench memoranda on issues of both criminal and civil law.
