Mr. Anton represents corporations and other business entities and individuals in a broad variety of matters involving complex business and financial transactions throughout the state and federal courts and in private arbitrations.

He has extensive bankruptcy litigation experience and has represented clients offensively and defensively in all types of bankruptcy adversary proceedings and contested matters including preference, fraudulent transfer, and nondischargeability actions; claims objections; lien and claim priority disputes; motions relating to the automatic stay and cash collateral usage; disputes relating to the treatment of leases and executory contracts; contested auctions and sale hearings; trustee and examiner appointments; plan disputes; post-emergence litigation; and appeals.

He also practices in the area of software licensing and software-as-a-service, assisting corporations, healthcare systems, and organizations around the country with the negotiation, preparation, and drafting of software license agreements and with the resolution and litigation of technology-related disputes.
