Ms. McClamb brings extensive experience in bankruptcy law and business reorganization to Gibbons’s Financial Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights Group. She has represented an array of clients, including debtors, creditors, creditors’ committees, liquidating trustees, individual trade creditors, and lenders in corporate bankruptcy cases and state court insolvency proceedings. She has also represented banks and secured lenders regarding collateral financing and protection, and interested bidders and purchasers of distressed assets in section 363 sale and auction proceedings. She has experience in both prosecuting and defending preferential and fraudulent transfer actions.
Ms. McClamb has been included on The Legal 500 “Rising Stars” list in the “Restructuring (Including Bankruptcy): Municipal” category.
