Ms. Katz handles a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Her experience includes all areas of litigation, including fact discovery, drafting pleadings and briefs, taking depositions, legal research, and oral argument before the court. While her practice is focused primarily on complex commercial disputes, Ms. Katz is regularly involved in products liability litigation throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Early in her career, Ms. Katz clerked for the Honorable Faustino J. Fernandez-Vina of the Supreme Court of New Jersey and the Honorable Irvin J. Snyder of the Superior Court of New Jersey. She also spent several years as a Deputy Attorney General for the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, Division of Law and Division of Criminal Justice, Appellate Bureau.
