Ms. Katz handles a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Her experience includes all areas of litigation, including fact discovery, drafting pleadings and briefs, taking depositions, legal research, and oral argument before the court. While her practice is focused primarily on complex commercial disputes, Ms. Katz is regularly involved in products liability litigation throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
