Mr. Quinn has been lead counsel in numerous trials and complex litigation in state and federal courts and arbitrations in New Jersey and throughout the United States. Because the litigation in which he is involved frequently places at risk the client's critical products, services, technology, customer relationships, trade secret, or proprietary information, he is regularly involved in expedited litigation and injunction proceedings. His broad litigation experience of more than 30 years encompasses a wide range of corporate and business disputes, restrictive covenant, unfair competition and antitrust litigation, partnership and shareholder controversies, professional liability defense, and complex adversary proceedings in the United States Bankruptcy Courts.
Mr. Quinn's diverse background involves litigation experience in the pharmaceutical, publishing, real estate, financial, securities, manufacturing, and telecommunications industries, as well as dispute resolution and litigation involving lawyers.
Mr. Quinn has broad litigation and trial experience that encompasses a wide range of complex business disputes, intellectual property (patent, trade secret, copyright and trademark), restrictive covenant, and antitrust and unfair competition litigation. In the pharmaceutical industry, Mr. Quinn has successfully litigated and tried matters involving licensing supply and manufacturing disputes, FDA regulatory issues, and brand and generic competition issues.
As General Counsel to Gibbons, Mr. Quinn oversees the firm’s ethics compliance measures, loss prevention activities, and conflicts management process. He interacts with the firm’s attorneys on a daily basis to implement and foster firm-wide policies and practices to ensure that Gibbons attorneys continue to achieve the highest standards of the profession regarding the quality and efficiency of the services provided. He also is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
