Mr. Conforti handles a wide variety of cases in the firm’s Business & Commercial Litigation Group and Financial Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights Group, in both state and federal courts throughout New Jersey and New York. His commercial practice focuses on both corporate and individual clients and includes a full array of general strategic guidance, litigation avoidance strategies, arbitration, resolution of contractual disputes, construction claims, and complex commercial matters. As part of his bankruptcy practice, Mr. Conforti has represented fiduciaries, receivers, governmental entities, and creditors, in addition to managing bankruptcy-commercial overlaps. Mr. Conforti has been included on the New Jersey Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list.
