Great Place to Work and FORTUNE have selected Gibbons P.C. as one of the 2018 Best Workplaces in the country, on the Consulting & Professional Services list. Gibbons is ranked 14th on this year’s list and is the highest ranked law firm and the only New Jersey-based company on the Small/Medium Workplaces list.

Previously, Gibbons was also ranked as a Best Workplace for Diversity and Best Workplace in New York for 2017 and has been ranked as a Best Medium Workplace since 2016 by Great Place to Work and FORTUNE.

The Best Workplaces in the Consulting & Professional Services is one of a series of rankings by Great Place to Work and FORTUNE based on employee feedback from Great Place to Work-Certified™ organizations. Great Place to Work, a research and consulting firm, evaluated more than 50 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included employee pride in the organization’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning.

“At Gibbons, strong relationships with our employees are just as important as our relationships with our clients,” said Patrick C. Dunican Jr., Chairman and Managing Director of Gibbons. “The satisfaction of our employees ensures our clients continue to receive the best level of service.”

“Great Place to Work is proud to have these Best Workplaces show that maximizing human potential creates a great workplace and drives business performance,” said Michael Bush, CEO of Great Place to Work. “Organizations like Gibbons P.C. set the bar for other Consulting & Professional Services companies by practicing what they preach.”
