Overview

Mr. Weinberger is a commercial litigator who draws on his prior experience as a corporate attorney at an international law firm and a law clerk to a federal judge in Washington, D.C. to resolve complex litigations arising throughout the country and internationally.

Mr. Weinberger’s practice is focused on commercial litigation and other complex disputes involving companies and high net-worth individuals. He practices in federal and state courts in New York and in federal courts throughout the country and also advises clients involved in international litigation.

While the bulk of Mr. Weinberger’s practice involves business disputes, including breach of contract and securities fraud actions, he has litigated a diverse array of cases, including those involving foreign trust and estate laws, ERISA, U.S. anti-terrorism laws, and constitutional law.
