Overview

Mr. Cavaiola has a broad range of experience assisting clients across various industries with environmental, real estate, and land use law. More specifically, he focuses his practice on complex environmental litigation and transactional matters involving CERCLA, the New Jersey Spill Act, regulatory enforcement, compliance issues, hazardous waste, site remediation, and federal and state cost recovery and contribution claims.

He has also handled business litigation matters such as asset purchase agreements and shareholder disputes.
