The influenza pandemic has raised many concerns for employers, relating not only to the seasonal and swine flu, but to a variety of other employee health issues as well. Through proper planning and response, companies can appropriately manage employee illness and protect themselves and their employees from the potentially devastating effects of a health crisis.
