At this webinar, Mr. Zackin will discuss the recent advice given by the Justice Department and the Federal Trade Commission regarding their enforcement of the antitrust laws in terms of agreements among employers not to hire each other’s employees, to share compensation and benefits information, and similar agreements. The discussion will focus on when the federal government will consider such arrangements lawful or unlawful and will also focus on some of the more pertinent court decisions.
