Lisa Lombardo Named Member of AAA Construction Arbitration Panel

Lisa Lombardo, Counsel in the Business & Commercial Litigation Department of Gibbons P.C., has been named a member of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Construction Arbitration Panel. She is also included on the AAA Roster of Mediators.

The AAA National Roster and Panels comprises highly accomplished and respected practitioners from the legal and business communities who complete specific continuing educational programs and focus on managing the dispute resolution process with fairness, skill, time- and cost-efficiency. Ms. Lombardo was required to complete the Arbitration Fundamentals and Best Practices for New AAA Arbitrators training program in order to be eligible for membership.

At Gibbons, Ms. Lombardo has successfully litigated matters before the state and federal courts of New Jersey and New York, as well as the American Arbitration Association, with a focus on construction matters. Her experience in commercial litigation and construction litigation is unique in that she represents both plaintiffs and defendants. Ms. Lombardo works with the firm’s longstanding corporate clients, in addition to some of the Northeast region’s top universities, retailers, and professionals in the design and construction field, in matters that include restrictive covenants, contract disputes, insurance coverage, multi-party construction matters involving design and construction defects, construction lien and collection claims, surety claims, and condominium liability. Ms. Lombardo also is a member of the New Jersey District V-A Fee Arbitration Committee (Essex County) and is included on the New Jersey Superior Court Roster of Mediators.
