Gibbons Director Mark Sidoti Selected For Prestigious E-Discovery Posts

Mark S. Sidoti, Chair of Gibbons P.C.’s nationally recognized E-Discovery Task Force, has been invited to serve on the faculty of the eDiscovery and Digital Conference at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in May 2012. Mr. Sidoti has also been selected to be an instructor at Georgetown Law School’s prestigious eDiscovery Training Academy in the late spring of 2012. In addition, Mr. Sidoti will serve on the Board of Editors for upcoming editions of Arkfeld on Electronic Discovery and Evidence, the leading treatise on e-discovery. Mr. Sidoti is one of the preeminent practitioners in the complex, still-evolving field of electronic discovery.

The eDiscovery and Digital Conference is being organized by the Arizona State University and respected e-discovery authority Michael Arkfeld. The Conference will cover many aspects of e-discovery and technology in modern practice, and Mr. Sidoti will instruct in several areas. The keynote speaker of the conference will be the Honorable John M. Facciola, United States Magistrate Judge from the District of Columbia. Georgetown Law’s eDiscovery Training Academy is a challenging week-long, total-immersion curriculum on the subject of e-discovery, featuring a renowned faculty presenting a customized, interactive instructional agenda. The course faculty and advisors include prominent e-discovery authorities from the judiciary and bar, including federal magistrate judges, the Hon. Paul Grimm and the Hon. John M.
