Gibbons P.C. is pleased to announce that Kevin W. Weber, a Director in the firm’s Business & Commercial Litigation Department, has been named one of the New Jersey Law Journal’s New Leaders of the Bar for 2017. This year’s Professional Excellence Awards event was held on June 20 at the Brooklake Country Club in Florham Park, NJ.

To be selected for the “New Leaders of the Bar” feature, rising legal stars under the age of 40 had to demonstrate distinct practice niches, leadership qualities, and a commitment to pro bono and charitable work. According to the publication, “their practices and backgrounds are varied, but each shows an impressive combination of accomplishment and promise.”

At Gibbons, Mr. Weber represents businesses of all sizes in a broad range of litigation, dispute resolution, and general counseling matters. His experience includes real estate disputes, trade secret actions, business break-ups, professional liability/malpractice matters, and litigation involving government entities. Mr. Weber is also a Rule 1:40 New Jersey Court Approved Mediator and has experience in a wide variety of alternative dispute resolution proceedings. He has been selected to the Thomson Reuters New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for Business Litigation.
