The panelists will provide an introduction to the environmental concerns associated with Vapor Intrusion (VI) – the migration of hazardous chemicals from contaminated groundwater or soil into buildings. They will also discuss the legal implications surrounding VI including the NJDEP requirements related to public notice and access to property for investigation.

In addition, the program will include a lively roundtable discussion exploring vapor intrusion issues using a hypothetical situation.
