Ms. Okoye an associate in the firm’s Real Property & Environmental and Business & Commercial Litigation Departments, and a former environmental engineer maintains a complex commercial litigation practice with a concentration in all aspects of environmental law.

Ms. Okoye has represented clients in environmental actions under both federal and state law. She also has extensive experience counseling and representing clients in complex commercial and intellectual property matters, applying her technical background in litigations involving construction, antitrust, and misappropriation disputes.

In 2010, Ms. Okoye rejoined the firm after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Stuart J. Rabner, Chief Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court. She is a Co-Chair of the firm's Associates Committee.

Prior to practicing law at Gibbons, Ms. Okoye was an environmental engineer for Metcalf & Eddy, Inc. (AECOM) and was involved in the design and construction management of upgrades to water and wastewater treatment facilities servicing the City of New York.
