The Department integrates leading practitioners with many years of experience in transactional real estate, development and environmental law working together to deliver top quality, cost-effective counseling. Our clients include major corporations, property owners, developers and retailers in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and throughout the region.
The Real Property & Environmental Department combines three practice groups: Transactional Real Estate, Real Estate Development and Environmental. The combined experience of attorneys practicing in these three areas is critical to the success of urban redevelopment projects, other development projects and major property acquisitions and dispositions, real estate financings and significant lease transactions.
