Edward McTiernan Helps Found Environmental Law Inn of Court

The American Inns of Court recently chartered the Justice Stewart G. Pollock Environmental American Inn of Court, only the second Inn of Court in the country to focus on Environmental Law. One of the founding Masters of the Inn is Edward F. McTiernan, who also leads the Environmental Law Team at Gibbons.

For over twenty years, American Inns of Court have provided judges, lawyers, and law students an opportunity to participate actively in developing a deeper sense of professionalism, achieving higher levels of excellence and furthering the practice of law with dignity and integrity. Masters at American Inn of Court are selected by their peers based upon their experience and commitment to the profession and are expected to mentor other lawyers; support educational programs and participate in the Inn's activities to promote professionalism. Ed joins the Inn having served as Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association's Environmental Law Section.
