Chubb Group of Insurance Companies - Kathleen Marvel, Senior Vice President & Chief Diversity Officer
Kathy Marvel has been Chubb’s Chief Diversity Officer since 2004 and reports to the Chief Executive Officer. She joined Chubb in 1981 and, prior to her current role, held a variety of management positions in information technology. Ms. Marvel is currently responsible for setting Chubb’s corporate diversity strategy and works in close partnership with Chubb’s strategic business units and field offices, as well as with the Talent Management and Human Resources areas.

Deloitte Consulting - Suzanne Skipper, Principal
Suzanne Skipper is a Principal in the Human Capital Organization & Change practice of Deloitte Consulting. Ms. Skipper has over 18 years of consulting experience assisting clients, including many Fortune 1,000 companies. She specializes in assisting Financial Services industry organizations and other clients to plan and implement large-scale change. She leads Deloitte Consulting’s Diversity & Inclusion services in the market. In addition, Ms. Skipper has served as the Northeast Leader for Deloitte’s Women’s Initiative Work/Life Balance and Role Model team, is the Leader for the Northeast Regional Diversity Council's Advisory Group and is the New Jersey Leader for Diversity & Inclusion Recruiting.

Microsoft Corporation - Bruce Jackson, Senior Attorney
Bruce Jackson began his professional career at Silverstein and Mullens before founding his own law firm in 1993. In 1999, Mr. Jackson joined the Legal Department of Microsoft Corporation, where he supported the Digital Media Division. He is currently a senior attorney residing in Microsoft’s New York office, supporting the east region on all licensing and services transactions. Mr. Jackson has extensive diversity and inclusion experience.

Public Service Enterprise Group Incorporated - Ramona Blake, Diversity & Inclusion Manager
Ramona Blake has worked as a diversity practitioner for the past eleven years in both the financial services and professional auditing industries, earning the distinction as a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) from the Cornell ILR School of Diversity Management in 2004. In her current role, Ms. Blake is responsible for outreach partnerships, inreach (Employee Resource Groups and networks), PSEG’s diversity and inclusion strategy implementation, and a host of educational programs and training. She is a subject matter expert in workforce diversity and inclusion, organization development, training and development and change management.

Luis J. Diaz manages all aspects of the Gibbons Diversity Initiative, including the implementation and execution of an innovative diversity strategy that leverages all of the firm’s existing resources while enhancing the ability of its clients to meet their objectives in this area. Mr. Diaz is the current President and CEO of the US Hispanic Advocacy Association (USHAA).
