for the Labor & Employment category through her thorough understanding of her clients’ business and legal needs, as well as her involvement in litigations that address the most cutting-edge issues impacting employers today. In addition to counseling employers on a multitude of workplace issues, Ms. Dorsi litigates before federal and state courts, various arbitral forums, and federal and state agencies. She also regularly provides training on a variety of workplace topics, such as harassment, retaliation, and performance management, to employees at all levels of business organizations. Her clients span a diverse range of industries, including medical testing, manufacturing, broker-dealers, retail, public utilities, automotive, and housing authorities.
She has been interviewed by the Star Ledger and Record, regularly presents to the New Jersey Business & Industry Association, and frequently authors articles for various legal and business publications. In addition, she co-edits the firm’s Employment Law Alert, to which she also contributes blog posts of her own.
Ms. Dorsi has served as an adjunct professor at Seton Hall’s Stillman School of Business. She also has been a member of Morris County SHRM and the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association. In addition, she is an active participant in the Gibbons Women’s Initiative.
