Patrick C. Dunican Jr.

Patrick Dunican is the Chairman and Managing Director of the firm and a member of the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Department. Mr. Dunican practices in the areas of general commercial litigation, intellectual property and securities litigation in the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey.

Mr. Dunican was recently chosen as one of the state's "40 Under 40" by the New Jersey Law Journal. While in law school, Patrick served as Editor-in-Chief of the Seton Hall Law Review. Before joining the firm, Mr. Dunican clerked for the Honorable Clarkson S. Fisher in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. He is also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits and the Federal Circuit.
