Jillian A. Centanni

Jillian A. Centanni, an Associate in the Gibbons Intellectual Property Department, focuses her practice on patent litigation, including, but not limited to, pharmaceutical matters arising under the Hatch-Waxman Act. Ms. Centanni is familiar with intellectual property transactions, including drafting patent opinions and license agreements.

Prior to joining Gibbons, Jillian worked as a senior valuation analyst at a boutique Intellectual Property valuation firm, where she valued patent portfolios using Excel modeling. Jillian also worked as a financial analyst at a turnaround consulting firm, where she analyzed the performance of companies with assets exceeding $50 million and identified corporate restructuring opportunities.

During law school, Jillian externed for the Honorable Robert B. Kugler, U.S.D.J. and interned for Karen L. Suter, P.J.Ch.
