William S. Hatfield

William S. Hatfield, a Director in the firm’s Real Property & Environmental Department, has extensive environmental litigation experience involving CERCLA, RCRA, CWA, underground storage tanks, toxic torts, and the New Jersey Spill and Landfill Closure Acts.

Mr. Hatfield has counseled clients on numerous matters related to the oversight of environmental investigations, cleanup under the NJDEP, ISRA applicability, compliance, remediation activities, natural resource damages, permitting, air emissions, waste water, stormwater discharges, and enforcement issues specific to the USEPA, NJDEP, NYSDEC, and other state environmental agencies.
