William A. Hector

William A. Hector, a former mechanical engineer, has extensive experience counseling clients in acquiring, enforcing, and protecting intellectual property assets. Mr. Hector has managed prosecution dockets in various areas of technology relating to computer software and hardware, wireless communication devices, medical devices, consumer products, industrial machinery, solar panels, and semiconductors, among others. Mr. Hector also has extensive experience in both patent and trademark litigation.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Hector was a lead engineer at Adam Aircraft where he designed, tested, analyzed, and manufactured carbon composite aircraft and aircraft components.
