James J. La Rocca

James J. La Rocca has extensive experience defending employers from claims of age, disability, gender, and race discrimination. Additionally, he regularly represents employers in labor disputes with unions, including employers who are targeted by union organizing efforts.

Mr. La Rocca also counsels employers on preventative practices to minimize workplace disputes, including policies for handling employee discipline and leaves. He performs wage and hour audits for employers as well, and represents them in actions by employees who seek unpaid overtime.
