Peter J. Dugan

Peter J. Dugan has extensive experience in counseling employers and providing legal advice in the following areas:

  • wage-hour compliance,
  • sexual harassment and discrimination,
  • medical leave issues,
  • reductions in force,
  • employee handbooks,
  • religious and disability-related accommodations,
  • restrictive covenants, and
  • traditional labor relations.

Mr. Dugan has also represented management in various litigation matters relating to wage-hour class and collective actions, the EEOC, age, and gender discrimination, among others.
