Irvin M. Freilich

Irvin M. Freilich is a Director in the Gibbons Real Property & Environmental Department focusing his practice in the areas of complex commercial and environmental litigation.

Mr. Freilich has extensive experience in the representation of potentially responsible parties in litigation and administrative actions initiated by the United States Environmental Protection Agency, state governmental authorities and private parties brought under CERCLA, RCRA, state environmental statutes and common law. He has also represented defendants in toxic tort litigation involving claims by parties seeking damages for personal injuries and property damage resulting from exposure to hazardous substances and materials.

Mr. Freilich also has experience with complex commercial matters including antitrust, breach of contract, unfair competition, legal malpractice and constitutional litigation.
