Melinda Minetto Feeney

Melinda Minetto Feeney, an Associate in the Employment Law Department, has extensive experience in defending corporations, before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, in disputes involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, defamation, tortious interference, trade libel and breach of contract. Ms. Feeney also counsels employers on day-to-day issues which arise in the workplace, including those implicating federal and state family leave and disability laws, and employment policies. Ms. Feeney has also drafted and counseled employers on non-compete, employment and separation agreements.
