Thomas R. DeSimone

Thomas R. DeSimone concentrates his practice in the area of litigation in relation to patent, copyright, trademark and trade secret disputes. In addition to his intellectual property litigation experience, prior to joining Gibbons P.C. Mr. DeSimone practiced maritime law at a boutique admiralty law firm where he was responsible for conducting all aspects of pre-trial discovery and gained experience litigating cases before the federal courts of New York and New Jersey.

Mr. DeSimone was employed as a biotechnician at Merck & Company prior to enrolling in law school. At Merck, Mr. DeSimone was responsible for overseeing and carrying out a complex, multi-step process required to produce Merck's chickenpox vaccine, Varivax.
