Ivette P. Alvarado

Ivette P. Alvarado focuses her practice on commercial leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and real estate finance. Ms. Alvarado has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting office, retail and commercial building and ground leases and subleases throughout the United States. She has conducted extensive due diligence investigations for multiple-property leasehold and fee title acquisitions, and has counseled clients in connection with contract and lease compliance issues related to land use, zoning and other governmental permits and approvals.

In addition, Ms. Alvarado has counseled clients and assisted them in forming mixed-use, residential, medical office, age restricted housing and commercial fee simple condominiums and leasehold condominiums. Ms. Alvarado has also represented both developers and municipalities on redevelopment issues and has negotiated and drafted redevelopment agreements and financial agreements.

Prior to joining Gibbons Ms. Alvarado was a Commercial Real Estate Associate at Cole, Schotz, Meisel, Forman & Leonard, P.A., an Associate at Ben D. Shiriak, P.C. and an Associate at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A.
