Scott J. Etish

Scott J. Etish's practice is focused on complex business and commercial litigation in state and federal courts. Mr. Etish has worked on a wide range of substantive matters for clients, including cases involving commercial lease-related litigation, construction litigation, shareholder disputes, internal investigations, insurance coverage actions, and other complex business claims. Mr. Etish manages all phases of the litigation process, and he is routinely involved in emergent and expedited proceedings involving injunctive relief in state and federal courts.

Mr. Etish is a member of the Gibbons E-Discovery Task Force, and he publishes and lectures on E-Discovery best practices. In addition, Mr. Etish served on the Supreme Court of New Jersey's Ad Hoc Committee on Continuing Legal Education. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a judicial clerk for Justice John E. Wallace, Jr. of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
