Kim M. Catullo

Kim M. Catullo chairs the Products Liability Department,  is the Co-Administrative Director in charge of Gibbons' New York Office and is a member of the firm's Executive Committee. Ms. Catullo concentrates her practice in the areas of products liability litigation, general commercial litigation, and employment law. Ms. Catullo has represented a broad base of corporations in state and federal products liability matters, including class actions. She has handled products liability matters involving chemical products, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, automotive products, hand and power tools, recreational vehicles/equipment, mass torts, juvenile products and agricultural/industrial equipment. She also has counseled corporate clients regarding the development of appropriate warnings and instructional materials for distribution with various products.

Ms. Catullo also has extensive experience litigating complex commercial matters involving uniform commercial code transactions, consumer fraud claims, class action claims, restrictive covenant issues and matters involving allegations of breach of contract. She also litigates matters involving the defense of claims under the State and Federal Employment Laws, including claims for sexual harassment, race, sex and age discrimination.

Ms. Catullo practices in both New York and New Jersey.
