Anthony P. Callaghan primarily focuses on class action securities litigation, telecommunications matters, and contract disputes, in addition to general practice litigation in the areas of banking and drug product liability defense. Fully conversant with all aspects of New York and New Jersey state court procedures, Mr. Callaghan's background and experience are predominantly in the area of federal court litigation.

Mr. Callaghan has also served as counsel to a Special Litigation Committee of the Board of Directors of a Fortune 500 company.
