Lauren V. Amjed

Lauren V. Amjed concentrates her practice in the areas of toxic torts, products liability and construction defect litigation. She has defended a variety of product liability claims involving consumer goods and industrial equipment and has managed mass tort litigation in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts. Ms. Amjed has prepared and presented training programs to account executives for a claims placement and management company. She has also published an analysis of the overlapping duties of architects and contractors in building projects and their respective rights in a litigation context.

Ms. Amjed actively volunteers her time to various non-profit organizations including The Problems of the Homeless Committee (Philadelphia Bar Association) and Congresso de Latinos Unidos. Ms. Amjed serves as a volunteer Child Advocate through the Support Center representing abused and neglected children. Ms. Amjed is also a mentor to Hispanic youths in Philadelphia.
